Cancellation Policy

At Tha Nickolee Hotel, we strive to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness. Please review the cancellation terms below before confirming your booking.

1. Individual Bookings

• Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before the check-in date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
• No-Show or Cancellation Within 24 Hours: A charge of 100% of the total booking value will apply.

2. Group Bookings (3 Rooms or More)

• 14 Days or More Before Check-In: Full refund.
• 7–13 Days Before Check-In: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
• Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In: No refund will be provided.

3. Event and Conference Bookings

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm an event or conference booking.

The following cancellation charges apply:

• 30 Days or More Before the Event: No additional cancellation charges.
• 15–29 Days Before the Event: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
• Less Than 15 Days Before the Event: 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.

4. Non-Refundable and Promotional Rates

Bookings made under special rates or promotional offers are non-refundable and non-changeable, unless otherwise stated in the applicable offer or booking terms.

Guests are encouraged to review the applicable cancellation terms before completing a reservation. Any refund or cancellation charge will be handled in accordance with the terms applicable to the booking.
